I highly recommend this gym for folks looking for a supportive family style environment. Coach Mike & Coach Troy along with their team are SO HELPFUL and clearly understand how bodies work and emphasize maintaining good form for each exercise. They don’t mind repeating directions or modeling moves repeatedly until I get it right. When I need a modification there’s no judgement …only encouragement and they see things in me I don’t see. I love the gatherings they organize for gym members so we can fellowship and learn from each other. I joined November 2023 and have gained muscle, endurance and lost 37lbs thus far. #GetStamped

Troy, Mike, and all the trainers are the truth! Passport Fitness is more than just exercising and lifting. Yes I’ve lost over 20 pounds in just 4 months, found sustainable ways to keep it off, and even inspired people around me to join. They talk you through the body mechanics and science of proper form. I’ll honestly say that I had no intentions of sticking around this long but the trainers & other members have become like family and great accountability partners in more ways than just discussing fitness & goals. They care about you and don’t just see you as income. They want you to become better and coach you along the way. This is a great community of people in all different stages of fitness.

Inclusive gym with welcoming staff & coaches/trainers. Group sessions and private sessions are available at affordable rates. Clean and hygienic environment. The classes start as early as 5am and as late as 8pm to accommodate most schedules. Each consultation and plan is individualized. Sports & agility training available as well. Not the average experience!
